Pakistan Military to Brief Parliament on Security Crisis Amid Rising Terror Attacks

​In response to a recent surge in terrorist attacks, particularly in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, an in-camera session of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security has been scheduled for March 18. National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq convened this meeting at the advice of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. During this session, military leadership will provide a comprehensive briefing on the prevailing security situation.
